Solo Traveler: Bulacan

The rice bowl of the Philippines, known for the famous chicharon and lechon baliuag. This is Bulacan. But this province is house for many historical places. During my visit here, I saw historical churches. One of those is the La Purisima Concepcion, nested in Sta. Maria de Pandi, Bulacan.

The church is 200 years old, home for Our Lady of Concepcion whose crown were stolen wayback 2004 if Im not mistaken.

When I dropped there, the church was closed. So I roamed around and prayed at the Adoration Chapel. And I noticed this one.

Jesus kneeling as He prays. Also, you will notice the left side of the church at the entrance. It was a replica of Our Lady of Lourdes.

Next time, I will visit Malolos, home for the well known Barasoain Church or Our Lady of Mt. Carmel and the Cathedral of Our Lady of Immaculate Concepcion.
