Rejoicing and reflecting on God’s grace. That is what the Third Grand Eucharistic Adoration was all about with the theme Daop: Isang Katawan, Isa kay Kristo that centered on the poverty of the people in many ways. The said event was staged at Don Bosco Technical College in Mandaluyong wherein thousands from different groups, youth ministries of different parishes and religious ones gathered at the football field to witness Christ and have a deep sense of encounterment.
There were Pre- Adoration stations that aims to prepare themselves before the main event. It was filled with exciting activities that focuses on God’s greatest love to us.
The commencement started at six in the evening. All arw kneeled to pay respect to the Blessed Sacrament.
The night was filled with reflections and prayers. Heavenly songs were echoed in the football field. There were Gospel Reading and Homily, prayers for the poor and for self- intentions. We rejoicefully praised God!
And we came to the main part. We kneeled and hold the mantle. Solemnly prayed and embraced the presence of the Lord. It was one of my unforgettable encounter. I cried and I let my heart speak. I can feel the presence of Christ.
And after the latter, we recite the prayer for Adoration. And we concluded the solemn activity by lighting our candles.
Tell the World of His Love was the song for the curtain call of the event as the Blessed Sacrament exits the field.
